I had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Annapolis & at Pentagon City and with their damage department & with their "care@ enterprise" email response. However, the people working at the branch in Cambridge were great. I switched out a car there.
Please don't tell me to email care@enterprise about this.
It's been along time, but Cambridge facility is very professional and Salisbury facility is unprofessional they tell you they will drive you home but I didn't live in Salisbury so they drove me to the Dustbuster to Cambridge and we had to pay cause we live in Dorchester County.
I always use Enterprise when I need to rent a car... Now, on this location, if you're paying with debit card, be ready to have, besides your insurance info, a copy of your pay stub or a utility bill with your name on it. Besides that... Great service!!!
