I went to Cambridge for a meeting. As I parked, my car told me that the key battery was low on charge. People in the meeting suggested going to Mr. Tire. When I got to Mr Tire, they told me if I could get the correct battery and bring it in, they would be happy to install it, and they suggested going to Walmart. Found the battery, returned to Mr. Tire, they used the photos in my users manual to open the remote and replace the battery, and they made sure that I left with both my remote and my users manual! Friendly and competent. Thanks guys!!
Store said they opened at 7:30 no one got there until 8. I had a flat tire and had a spare to swap out with and when it came time to pay they wanted $50 to swap a tire that I brought with me. Other stores charged $15 to $25. I can get a used tire at other stores for 45 installed mounted and balanced
I will suggest them to have more skilled and knowledgeable staff which can find a exact problem with the car rather then installing things you dont need to mend money from people and still the issues with car not fixed.
The service adviser I had, Jimmy, was very professional and polite. He handled all my questions and concerns. The prices were just a little higher than I found at online tire companies, but Mr Tire prices included the mounting and balancing. This was the second set of tires I bought from this store. Good prices, good service and convenient !
