I am sorry we didn't know about Brooks & Sons when we first moved to the area. Never again will I purchase an appliance from a big box store - Brooks & Sons is the place to go for all your appliance needs. Outstanding service and follow up. Friendly, helpful people - highly recommend.

Receptionist very curt and said I'm sorry we only service appliances we sell. I asked why they were listed as a service provider on the frigidaire website and she said "not my problem. " This type of customer service makes you run from this place. Businesses like this never think as if my machine was beyond repair I may have considered buying a new one from them. Anyway I have a repair company on the way. LOL!
