Good variety of equipment
When I found out I had a conference in Cambridge MD I decided to google local gyms. There wasn't much written about this one but I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. I went a total of 3 days. From the outside I was thinking "this place is small" once I walked in the door that perception quickly changed. They make the best of the space with tons of equipment. Each plate loaded machine had ample plates so there was no hunting down weights. This is a big problem @ my home gym. 2 power racks, dumbbells from 5 to 125lbs. All the same brand no mix and match weights. Cable machine with 2 pull down and 2 row stations. Plenty of cable attachments, some that I have never seen. Plenty of free benches. Step mills, ellipticals, bikes, treadmills. They have it all. Every day I watched the staff clean off the equipment. I've never seen a gym his clean. Staff was friendly and I watched a trainer (Pat I think) as he trained a few clients. he was very thorough and explained the movements well. His clients seemed to love him. Great gym!!!

I've been a member for 9 years. Great instructors, classes & trainers! They are always changing things up so the classes aren't repetitious & boring. Fun & different levels of challenges in all classes. :)
