UNRELIABLE - DON'T USE THEM - - 2009-10-21
I used Eagle cleaning 6 months ago and was impressed with the quality of work performed. Last week, I made reservations for cleaning today. Last evening I called to confirm and asked time of arrival for today. Tom(owner) said he would get back to me. Today(4/7) I called @ 10, and Tom said they should be at my house then. I was then disconnected. Phoned back, no reply. Waited 2 hours, phoned, no reply. They never showed. 2 more calls to reschedule, no reply. This is not a cheap service, average $70-$100. I teach Sales and Marketing. Very poor customer service. Treated poorly. I deserve an apology and complimentary cleaning!!
I was referred to Eagle Cleaning Company thru a friend of mine. I called immediately making an appointment to receive an estimate. The next day at scheduled time Eagle Cleaning Company arrived. That when I met Tom Bradley. I can't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend Eagle Cleaning Company as they were professional and courteous with great prices. I will continue to use Eagle Cleaning Company as my cleaning is endless. Thanks So Much! AAA++++ Highly Recommend!!!
I own a rental property and have to manage it from a distance. I was assured by the owner that they would come and clean the house in preparation for a guest. EAGLE CLEANING NEVER CAME, NEVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULDN 'T COME and I had to refund the cleaning fee to the guest. I called and left a message asking for an explanation but never heard back. This company is not only unreliable, they are thoughtlessly unprofessional to not even contact me so I could try to find someone else.
