Very clean hotel on Route 50. Great breakfast plus water, coffee, tea, and coco all day in lobby. Room was nice, pillows not very firm. Overall very satisfied!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk service was awesome. Great customer service and very friendly. Greeted with a smile and check in in a timely manner. When we requested an item it was promptly bought to the room. I recommend it highly for business and/or pleasure.
Very good service this weekend. Kitchen service great. Suggestion breakfast food cornbeef hash or turkey product. Non pork meat.
My visit has been an extended stay. I am pleased with friendliness, clean, everyone so far has been extremely helpful. The only adjustment that would have made it a 5 star. Would be breakfast time frame. My husband is here working they to be there by 7 a.m. which breakfast is at 6:30 & 7:00 on weekends. So he has to go somewhere else to eat. That so far his only issue but if your vacationing it's perfect place to stay.
Rooms are very nice and ours contained 2 king size beds, allowing us to spread out. Breakfast was nice, though it would be nice if they opened a little earlier for breakfast. The location is confident but it is easy to miss coming down the road, as the sign is somewhat small. We did have one of the members of our party locked into their room. Maintenance was able to get the issue resolved and allowed them to move to another room on the same floor.
