Ordered dbl burger with shake. Shake was poorly mixed and never received burger- left without- staff had no clue what was going on. Guy that ordered right after me was over 20 minutes without his- do not know if he got it.
I have driven by several times since this visit (2 weeks ago) and they still have the sign up saying that they can only take cash. Obviously that's not getting repaired any time soon.
The second time we visited, their debit/credit card machine was not working and they could only take cash. I understand this happens, although we didn't have any cash on us.
This location is terrible.
I wanted Chocolate ice cream and was told the machine was already closed down. It was 30 minutes before they closed and I was instructed to make sure I got there earlier for chocolate ice cream because they always close the chocolate machine down early.
It was a great stop. It's just a mini outdoor- only version of a dairy queen. They don't have a full menu, but what I had was great. Nice staff the day I came. Always stop by when I stay over in Cambridge

I wrote to DQ corporate about the first issue we had and was sent back a generic email stating they have forwarded my concerns to the owner. I doubt the owner will be addressing these issues based on the long standing rating of this location here on google.
Obviously I don't expect a lot out of Dairy Queen. What I would expect is a decent mannered employee and for them to at least try to supply the products they carry like chocolate ice cream.
