Good food. Good service. Pricey. I ate in this place as a kid and it was much more of a community restaurant--now more aspirational gastropub. Nice, but there are other choices like this one downtown and a lot of history is lost in the redesign and current brand. Feels weird that it is still called The High Spot--I'm sure few locals recognize it, as it's really something else entirely now. Still, good food.
Crab soup, delicious. Crab cake, really good, though overpriced for the portion. Servers pleasant, but a bit stressed. Sidewalk seating great.
Had the Duck Fat burger which was delicious. A great first stop in discovering Cambridge and it's food. We will return.
Baked Bri appetizer, chicken & waffles and the duck fat burger were excellent. Our server was super attentive and drinks were good. Great Sunday meal.
Six special beers on tap. Lots of booze to choose from. Food was absolutely amazing. Small, quiet, classy place. Would visit again when in town
