I haven't done a ton of trips but I have been booking tours through Cambridge travel for 15 years. Family trips to the beach, extended family trips to Europe, etc. My cousin takes a trip every 15 minutes somewhere great and he always books with Ruth so I am going to call her this week for my next trip.

AFTER JUST RETURNING FROM A CARRIBEAN CRUISE ON THE MAJESTY OF THE SEAS I ASKED MYSELF WOULD I TRAVEL ON A CRUISE SHIP AGAIN. RUTH BRAMBLE AND CAMBRIDGE TRAVEL WAS "OUR" AGENCY. IT WAS VERY POORLY PLANNED, THE DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL WERE POOR, THE DIRECTIONS FOR THE CRUISE WERE "POOR", VERY "POOR". WE WERE TOLD BY RUTH BRAMBLE THAT TO EAT DINNER, FORMAL WEAR WAS NEEDED. SHE INFORMED US THAT A TIE, AND DRESS SUIT WAS APPROPRIATE. YET, THE MAJESTY OF THE SEAS PAPERWORK SAID COAT AND TIE OR TUX, AGAIN ANOTHER CONFUSION. WE PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR TIPS THAT WERE FOR THE WAITERS, HEADWAITER AND SUCH AND DID NOT EVEN DINE THERE. A FIVE DAY CRUISE AMOUNTS TO THREE DAYS. WE EVEN LOST ONE DAY DUE TO THE WEATHER. SO WHOEVER OUT THERE WANTS SOME "ADVICE". DO NOT BOOK WITH RUTH BRAMBLE AND CAMBRIDGE TRAVEL. INSTEAD BOOK IT YOURSELF AND PLAN IT YOURSELF. I WILL PLAN ANOTHER CRUISE FOR NEXT YEAR, BUT IT WILL NOT BE ON THE MAJESTY OF THE SEAS AND IT SURE WILL NOT BE WITH RUTH BRAMBLE AND CAMBRIDGE TRAVEL. LESSON LEARNED. PLAN IT YOURSELF.
After reading the review from the cruise guy I just had to comment. It truly sounds like that person is a bad traveler. I have booked flights, cruises and Disney trips with Ruth and would not consider going anywhere else. Quick travel tip, the internet is full of information, do some basic reasearch for yourself.
